In order to strengthen the compliance management of the gold and silver supply chain of JKam Shek Jewellery Co., Ltd.& Guangzhou Zanyi Jewelry Co., Ltd. , in accordance with the requirements of the "LBMA Responsible Gold/Silver Guide", it is ensured that the supply chain of Kam Shek Jewellery Co., Ltd.& Guangzhou Zanyi Jewelry Co., Ltd. is free from human rights violations, money laundering and terrorist financing, non-bribery or fraud to cover up the origin of gold/silver, respect for biodiversity and fair policies, and the beneficiaries are not politically sensitive figures or wanted persons.

1.金石首饰& 广州赞艺首饰有限公司制定了含黄金、白银物料供应链尽职调查和销售审查制度，凡金石首饰& 广州赞艺首饰有限公司的供应商和买家都应配合公司尽职调查小组的审查。

Kam Shek Jewellery Co., Ltd.& Guangzhou Zanyi Jewelry Co., Ltd. has established a due diligence and sales review system for supply chains involving gold and silver materials. All suppliers and buyers of Kam Shek Jewellery Co., Ltd.& Guangzhou Zanyi Jewelry Co., Ltd. should cooperate with the company's due diligence team for review.

2.各供应商应遵守国家 相关法律法规，对供应的黄金/白银确保来源和去向合规。我公司只与合 规的供应链合作方合作，对不符合《LBMA负责任黄金/白银指南》要求 的合作方坚决予以抵制!

2.All suppliers should abide by relevant national laws and regulations, and ensure the compliance of the source and destination of the gold/silver they supply. Our company only cooperates with supply chain partners that are in compliance. We firmly resist any partners that do not meet the requirements of the LBMA Responsible Gold/Silver Guide!

3.请各供应商严格遵守本公司黄金白银供应链管理制度，请利益相关方、社会各界及公司全体员工监督，对违规操作进行举报并为举报者保密，允许匿名举报!

3.All suppliers are requested to strictly abide by the company's gold and silver supply chain management system. The relevant stakeholders, the public, and all company employees are requested to supervise and report any violations. The identities of the reporters will be kept confidential. Anonymous reporting is also allowed!

4.合规总监收到举报并受理，二周将调查情况或处理结果告知举报人和利益相关方；逾期不能告知的，应当向举报人说明原因。合规专员做好《投诉记录处理登记表》。

4.The compliance director receives the report and handles it. Within two weeks, the investigation results or handling decisions will be informed to the reporter and relevant stakeholders; if the notification cannot be made within the time limit, the reason should be explained to the reporter. The compliance specialist prepares the "Complaint Record Handling Registration Form".
