In order to strengthen the compliance management of the gold and silver supply chain of Kam Shek Jewellery Co., Ltd.& Guangzhou Zanyi Jewelry Co., Ltd., in accordance with the requirements of the "LBMA Responsible Gold/Silver Guidelines", ensure that the supply chain of Kam Shek Jewellery Co., Ltd.& Guangzhou Zanyi Jewelry Co., Ltd. is free of human rights violations, money laundering and terrorist financing.

1. Kam Shek Jewellery Co., Ltd.& Guangzhou Zanyi Jewelry Co., Ltd. has formulated a supply chain due diligence and sales review system for gold and silver materials . All suppliers and buyers of Kam Shek Jewellery Co., Ltd.& Guangzhou Zanyi Jewelry Co., Ltd. should cooperate with the review of the company's due diligence team.
2. Each supplier should comply with relevant national laws and regulations and ensure the source and destination of the gold / silver they supply are in compliance with regulations. Our company only cooperates with compliant supply chain partners and resolutely boycotts partners that do not meet the requirements of the "LBMA Responsible Gold/Silver Guidelines" !
3. All suppliers are requested to strictly abide by the company's gold and silver supply chain management system. Stakeholders, all sectors of society and all employees of the company are requested to supervise and report any illegal operations and keep the reporter's confidential . Anonymous reporting is allowed!
4. The Compliance Director receives and accepts the report, and informs the reporter and stakeholders of the investigation status or handling results within two weeks ; if the information cannot be notified within the time limit, the reasons shall be explained to the reporter . The Compliance Specialist shall prepare the "Complaint Record Handling Registration Form".
